High quality board - sturdy, durable, and very well made. Many "wobble-boards" to choose from ... but his seems to be one of the best.

Got it for studying, to give me something else to do except for sitting. Works well.

This is a well built balance board that is sturdy and strong, it has held my wife's brother up who is about 17 stone without breaking. The only criticism I have is that it's quite expensive for a piece of thick plywood with anti slip material stuck on the top and a plastic dome screwed to the bottom but I imagine it will last a long time.

I bought this after trying a Bosu ball at the gym, I wanted one of them then found out how much they cost!, I just wanted something a low cost to practice my balancing exercises for martial arts really, this fitted the bill. I use it on carpet and use it every day, made a big difference to my posture, my balance which i've been working on for years has improved so much using this, turned a corner with it!. when I go to the gym I can see the difference when using their Bosu. Walking has improved and so has the martial arts :) . If you want to improve your balance this is the item for you at the right price, it's hard work at first, but results are there if you use it daily. It's a poor man's Bosu ball, but does the job just as well.

I’ve never laughed so much using this …. Love it …..been using it the hall so I’ve got the bannister to grab onto……Going to insist that everyone who visits has a try…..🤣

Really well made product and great fun to use. Compact, light and brilliant for strengthening legs for skiing, tennis etc.Highly recommended.

I keep this under my desk and rest my feet either side and keep my feet and ankles and lower legs moving. I also use it to stand on and to do squats on. You quickly get the hang of it and it's just peace of mind if you're worried about too much sitting down all day. Cheaper than a standing desk too

I bought this after being advised by my physio. The one she has and I used had a cushion on the base.This one I Bought has a hard plastic base, and wherever I've tried it , it is impossible to balance on unless you use your hands to hold onto something. It's been put in the garage now to join the pile of unused useless stuff, lol.
