CLOSEBOARD SIDE GATE

On delivery good, solid looking gate.I write now as it has been in use for some time.Being its nature, I expected some movement, it was fitted properly and now the bowing is extreme and the splitting and movement of wooden slates just makes its use very difficult.I will need to purchase replacement soon.

nothing wrong with the gate..just that my son had measured it and when he came to fix it, found too narrow. He had made the last one himself..As the gate posts were both screwed in to the original concrete posts,he was rather stuch=k,so improvised.

Very good standard for the price. Decent materials, heavy but not prohibitive. The wood is a little 'orange' but that's because you will need to stain it/ treat it. Unless you have matching orangey fences...

This is a very good date for the money. I have taken off one star because one of the cross struts was a few millimetres short and left a slight gap. The gate is still very strong however.

I got what I expected for the price. Not for a show home but does the job. The screw fittings that came with it were made of plasticine so you will need to buy some proper ones

Thought the gate would of been better quality... it's quite light weight to me

Reasonable quality but not heavy duty. Could have bought the same locally but I'd have had to go and get it myself rather than have it delivered. No complaints.
