Of the four Bluetooth transmitters I have had it is the easiest to connect.
The sound quality is good. The screen interface is very good. The sound lag time is perceptible but I find it tolerable. I need this as a hearing impaired person. I connect to EVERYTHING in Bluetooth. If I leave the transmitter on it will over ride other connections to my Sony Headset and iphone so I have to remember to turn it off when I’m not using it. The upside of that is when I want to use it I turn it on and it is right there ready to connect. Bluetooth is not yet an exact science, but this unit is pretty good! I would pay a lot more for a unit that could mix and match inputs and outputs, Bluetooth, RCA, fiber, mini headphone, hdmi and route them all to my hearing aids. Extra credit if it’s programmable and comes with a backlite remote control. Haven’t found it yet.

Great investment, did exactly what I wanted!
I wanted a solution to use my Bose QC45's with my stereo system via BlueTooth and this was the perfect solution! Easy to setup and it works all over my house perfectly. I get a perfect signal and sound on my second floor or basement with the stereo being in the first floor living room. I like to listen with headphones while in the kitchen and this allows me to do so with ease and with great sound. I can even put some earbuds in while soaking outside in the hot tub without any problem. Highly recommended! Just get either a longer 1/8" (Aux) cable or an extension as the one included isn't very long.

Works great but sound is awful until one performs this workaround
I don't normally write product reviews but in this instance felt compelled to add my experience. First off, equipment used is 2 sets of Senheiser Momentum 3 headphones and the transmitter is connected via the supplied mini-jack cable to the headphone outlet on my Marantz 8802a processor. The concept was to be able to listen to loud music after DW had gone to bed and not wake her with the speakers playing at high volume. Sounds good and doable, right? Read on...Upon receiving the B03 transmitter, I connected it and paired one set of headphones. Everything was working as it should. I received the second set of headphones yesterday and immediately set forth connecting them via Bluetooth to the transmitter. That's when I discovered this wasn't quite the "plug and play" easy peasy device. The sound was terrible, garbled and definitely not right. After unpairing, pairing and trying a set of Galaxy Buds Pro in place of one of the Senheisers, I could not get any sound worthy of listening to, the exception was when I switched to SBC which then made for bad latency and the sound was substandard. This morning I started researching what the issue might be and found a few mentions of disconnecting and reconnecting power to the transmitter. Before doing this I made sure both set of phones were paired. When power was reestablished, the sound was wonderfully transparent in both sets of Senheisers. Mission accomplished.BTW, unlike some folks with range issues, this device casts a signal a long ways, even through the walls of our sticks and sheetrock home.Bottom line is...if you are finding sound is terrible when 2 sets of phones or buds are connected, disconnect and reconnect power to the transmitter. Hopefully you too will be able to enjoy this device to its fullest potential. I'd give this 5 stars if not for this finicky behavior.

Works Good (Galaxy Buds 2)
I bought my Step dad galaxy buds, yet he didn't have Bluetooth on the tv, he wanted to use them for. Before I ordered this, I tried two others. The first one, didn't work. The 2nd one was good, yet didn't stay connected long. You had to reconnect them manually every time you turn on the tv. So, the 1st two didn't work. That's what to expect from low cost items. So, looked and read reviews of other Bluetooth transmitters, and came across 1Mii B03+ Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver. I took a risk, and bought it. Came within a couple of days. I hooked it up, and didn't no more than a few seconds to work. I connected to the Galaxy Buds 2, right away. When re-using them, they reconnect easy to 1Mii B03+ Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver. Have no problems so far.... We will see if It changes.....

Volume was very low
Item worked and it was easy to pair with all devices but the original volume was down almost 50% even if the source was at 100% and the transmitter. There is also a delay on the Bluetooth connections.

Works Pretty Well!
I needed a way to listen to an older tv Quietly so my wife could work in the same room. This tv did not have an audio out jack but it did have a optical audio out. So through the pictures and reviews I picked this one. The directions were a little confusing and it took me a while to figure it out but eventually I did.I use my airpods pro which work well but the only thing is to control the volume at the base, once you set it for the program it's great just a pain. Anyway it works pretty well!
