Update 6/7/2019:Fighting for my refund. Pd. $618.99 for product and $189.00 for tests. Seller refunded $399.30 despite a timely return and nothing for tests. So . . . out $400+ right now.--------------------------------I just received this product after ordering subsequent to my annual physical last week. My numbers are usually in line with "normal" for every test, but this year, my Cholestral was a whopping 260, despite last year's reading of 158. I live a healthy lifestyle, this type of result isn't in my family line, work out strenuously (cardio, weighs, boxing, etc.) 3 x per week for 90 minutes each day. Log over 4,000,000 steps annually on my FitBit (not including exercise) . . . in other words . . . something is amiss.Right out of the box, the first issue is the lack of instructions. It gives clear pictured instructions of how to insert the MEMO chip, match lot codes of your tests, apply the blood and press the "arrow" for results. BUT, it does not tell you how to turn it on or off. The assumption is the only other button on the item is probably for ON/OFF. It walks you through the initial settings for date/time, etc., but again . . . you are assuming the only other button on the device is the move through the menu button. As an aside, I have my heart checked annually . . . and have a resting heart rate of 56 and 90/60 is a normal blood pressure for me. I have no plaque and my heart is "squeaky clean".So disappointed, but this item is being returned.----------------------------UPDATE on 5/13/19:After my review above, I received a call from the company. I was asked how I administered the test. Turns out, you need to REALLY wipe your finger with alcohol to get any residue lotion, etc. off of it. I was asked to do this . . . and then follow up.So . . . today, I REALLY wiped my fingertip with alcohol . . . more than once. Let it dry. I was very careful about taking the subsequent specimen (not the blood that first flows from prick, but subsequent blood). Very careful about placing the blood as instructed. Very meticulous about following every single instruction."Test error". Pricked my finger again . . . loaded 2nd set of test strips."Test error". Priced my finger again . . . loaded 3rd set of test strips."Test error".So disappointed. For the money . . . need something that will work more often than not. At this rate, I will go through 1 year's worth of strips in 5 weeks.Definitely returning.Update - 5/23/19:Fighting for a full refund on this product that didn’t work.

The product didn't work. After repeated tries, we gave up and asked for a refund. They "refunded" us pennies on the dollar.

The media could not be loaded. I needed to check my blood numbers at home and wanted results like I got from the lab.My friend recommended the CardioChek Plus Analyzer. I bought one and it gave me exactly what I needed-lab quality results from the comfort of my home.Thank you.
