The treadmill arrived 12 days before delivery date (via Arrow) was due which was great as I couldn't wait for it to arrive. For the price, it is a super treadmill and doesn't take up too much space and the screen and supporting bars can be folded flat which is handy. Assembly took my husband about half an hour but the instructions are very clear. The screws all came with numbers and a diagram of how to assemble it. The monitor automatically shows time, speed, distance and calories on the screen in rotation one after the other but not all at once. Also, to monitor your pulse, you can put your hands on the metal parts of the hand bars and your heartbeat shows on the screen during the time you have your hands on these. The monitor/screen displays your pulse in place of the time, speed, distance and calories for the length of the time your hands are placed on the metal part of the bars. It starts at a slow walking pace and you can press the + button to make it go faster to jogging pace if you want to . There are 12 different programs which you can set it to ( P1 to P12) but I haven't tried these yet! A small container of lubrication oil (apply to running belt via instructions, once or twice a month) was also enclosed along with a magnetised safety button which can be attached to a yellow round button underneath the monitor, and the other end can be clipped on to your tee-shirt so that if you trip or fall the magnet comes away easily from the machine and it stops.I am delighted with this product and it is also ideal for anyone who lacks confidence going on to a treadmill for the first time!

This is a reasonable priced treadmill, that is easy to use, with clear controls, and a large display screen, making it simple to keep check on your progress, in use. I found it difficult to assemble, but I was 85, and none too fit when I did it, I am sure a younger/fitter person would have little problem. I can't be bothered with the programs provided, and simply set a maximum 'running time', to suit myself, varying the speed as I go. Overall I very pleased with my purchase, which is solidly built. Only criticism is the ease of folding the running track into a vertical plane when not in use. The instructions make it sound simple, but I find it impossible on my own, as it requires three or more hands. Very naughty.

Never used an electric treadmill before, but this one works perfectly for what I want it for. Just the right price, nice and sturdy and gives the right information (distance, heart rate etc) as you're using it.

This is an excellent piece of equipment and great value for money. Very easy to assemble and wish I had bought one years ago for those winter days or isolating. Thanks

Easy to assemble. Delivery took a while because it was delayed. Easy to use and fine for a beginner runner. Width is slightly narrow and I’m only 5 foot 6 slim build, my 6 foot 3 partner struggles on it.Main issue is the pre set programmes don’t match up with the guide in the book, or with the pictures printed on to the treadmill. Can’t make sense of this.Overall good and you get what you pay for.

Very sturdy looks a lot more expensive than what it was would definitely recommend. Very prompt delivery from company couldn't ask for more
