Good upgrade. No brainer.
So I only just installed this but I needed a throttle to replace my stock. Something more sturdy and adjustable. This thing has MIlES of adjustability and sturdy aluminum parts. If you have a Chinese bike like an ice bear champion (Honda 70 clone) then this is a newscast upgrade for cheap. I don’t know why anyone would trip. Granted, I haven’t had it more than 5 minutes.

frayed and broke 2 cables in a week
the snapback feels good but thats it. you thread on the grip part reversed so when you are jumping something and get a little knarly you just unscrew the grip. the cable barely ever sat in the little groove for long.barely works, easy installation, mid quality, not good value for money, fits good.

wrong size for a mmb-80 right size for a warrior 200
for some reason it didnt work on my 7/8 in (22mm) handle bar mmb-80 minibike. could be because of rust but im not sure. but it fit perfectly on my baja warrior 200, i did need to lube it up a little with oil to make it smooooooth.

Going in the trash
Built a custom mini bike and these weren't even close to fitting my 7/8 vars. Ground down a ton of OD on my bars losing my podwercoat finish so they look horrible and this throttle still sticks even when not connected to carb. Binds bad and a waste of time and money. Thanks

Needed to sand down the powder coat on my bars for it to fit.
I thought it would be an upgrade from the stock monster moto 80 twist grip it should replace. Honestly, I feel like it is put together much better. Also, it’s anodized and seems a bit more precise than the plastic when comparing apples to apples. Overall, inexpensive and possibly better in most ways. I’ll update after I ride if there’s any downfalls. Nice adjustability, fine throttle feeling. Cable is a bit thicker and seems to be stiff enough to keep from damage. Overall a decent twist throttle.
