Great background on these beloved characters

I have been looking forward to this book for some time and it was gifted to me as a Christmas gift from my wife. Unfortunately, it was disappointing; the artwork in two of the stories was so horrible that it really pulled me out of the story and I stopped reading.I shall be blunt as is my wont; the stories of Jester and Calebs were beautifully illustrated, whereas the stories of Nott and Yasha appear to have been illustrated by a no-talent12 year old rather than professional comic artists. Utterly HORRIBLE artwork.I won't be purchasing any additional Critical Role graphic novels unless I can check the art first; I guess that means no more purchases from Amazon and waiting for books to hit the shelves of the local comic store.If the Critical Role corporate machine wants to hire second rate artists to illustrate their stories, they won't be receiving my custom in the future. Fans pay well for their books and they should receive a quality product, not a book that is a half effort only fit for kindling.

Graphic novel maravilhosa, as histórias estão muito bem contadas. A arte de duas histórias são incríveis, as outras duas eu não curti tanto, mas no geral valeu a pena ter comprado. Recomendo para quem éfã de Critical Role

A must for any Critter who wants to delve deeper into the backstories of the Mighty Nein! Cannot wait for the next Library Edition to "Make it's way" to the press! ;)Item itself arrived in good condition, plastic seal sleeve was torn a tiny bit so a bit frustrating if you're a "collector" I suppose fir wanting it in "mint" shape. Not the case here though as I fully intend to open & read this version!Let Chaos Reign!!! 🙌😉🤣🤣

I bought this for my DnD dedicated daughter and she loves it! She asked for a couple of books featuring two of her favourite characters and in this book they are included with three more of her most loved characters. I am now, of course, Superparent of the Decade and you too could reach my lofty status by purchasing this beautifully illustrated and well written book for your DnD dedicated offspring!Go on, get them one today; you know you want to.

Absolutely beautiful book. It’s honkin’ huge so you really see the details. Like a lot of people I wasn’t the biggest fan of the illustration style for Yasha’s story which was a little disappointing but after I had time to sit with it I do think it serves a certain purpose, I’m not going to write that essay here though. I was planning to read one story at a time, but after I picked it up I could not put it down until I’d read them all.
