So you really have to test it out because it could either knock you out for 8 + hours or give you just enough to sleep continuous for 6. I’ve decided to try it as an every other day. My friend tried daily and then twice daily. The twice daily was too much for him.I’m thinking that this accumulates and doesn’t get metabolized and cleared completely in 24 hours which explains why i got super groggy after the 3rd night of taking it as a once nightly approximately 1 to 2 hours before bed since i didn’t want it to completely knock me out past 8 hours.And yes you do dream, so it’s real restful sleep. Like any supplement it may not be for everyone and may have drastic variabilities.Hope this helps!
