Really impressed with how this feels, all metal construction with a tank like feel but not too heavy, iPhone 15 pro fits really well and i have no worries of it falling out, nice firm but easy movement when turning phone from landscape to portrait, lots of mounting points for lights and microphones and anything else you might want to use, this may not be the cheapest phone mount on the market but I would definitely say it’s worth every penny to secure the expensive equipment we use, highly recommended

The stand is mostly metal which makes it very durable. The clamp part that you put yr phone in is hard good quality plastic. The whole thing is built to last on the road.It has a standard tripod screw mount. The clamp itself is spring loaded and quite stiff , but this is needed to keep the phone secure.The clamp can be rotated for portrait and landscape views and locks securely in place with a locking knob.After taking pictures I realised that obviously the clamp needs to be the other way facing to the phone so it doesn’t obscure the screen, my bad here. Also if using an iPhone , you can accidentally call emergency services countdown timer if you clamp the power button and volume down buttons, so be careful of placement.A high quality , durable clamp , it does feel expensive though at £35 even though it is very well made. I have no idea whether it is , but it was perceived to be by myself.

However, as with anything with a tripod, it can be a little complicated. This is a perfect adapter to connect your phone to a traditional camera tripod. This might seem on the pricier side, however the quality feels great, it is strong, durable and gives you a great ability to rotate and adjust the phone in the position you need.It can be a little fiddly as anything with tripod's normally are, however you have a great range of rotation and adjustments whilst having the peace of mind that your phone is safe and protected.Really pleased, works great.

You can add this to any camera shoe but I have it on my GH5s cage. It's very convenient when I need a matching social shot for whatever I'm filming. The phone vs the legit camera has no easy answers. They both serve a specific purpose and this is the best solution so far.The angle can easily be adjusted by just tilting forward or backward. It has enough resistance to not tip on it's own. You can also easily flip between vertical and horizontal. I suppose you could even flip the phone around and film yourself as you film with your camera.

Used it to hold a solar finder during last eclipse.Note : never look at the sun directly.
