Which is it, a 240 day supply or 120 day supply? Bottle says 30 day supply x 4 bottles (=120). Description says 240 day supply

Description is wrong on 6 bottles also and same person answered my 4 questions with the wrong math also and skipped the others completely. Can't find company on web, listings are false and no mention of how much nad included when they used soy oil. Suspicious. Check other users negative reviews....
