We didn’t notice any difference between brand new and second hand. Kid love it and use it for everything. Plus it has a SIM card slot so it works on the road like a cell phone would plus WiFi.

El cargador enciendo no sirve, ni el cable ni la base del cargador. Y la iPad solo carga conectada a corriente directa. No carga de baterías portátiles y de otro dispositivo.
