Boom Broke after 12 months of use.. Thought they would have last a little longer..

Well made, comfortable, very clear. Has a handy mic mute when you lift the mic up from speaking area. Usb charger cable could be a little longer. Stays connected whilst in blue tooth range. Also cannot hear surrounding noise when headset on but can manoeuvre it to have one ear covered and the other free if you do want to hear outside noise. No complaints on people hearing me when speaking. All over a great product - very happy. And 4 star delivery.

Seems like a good product for a reasonable price and comfortable to wear but I can't seem to contact the seller , but a few issues. With a mac book pro (older and new) , the headphones work with the 3.5 mm jack but on conference calls , can't hear your own voice through headset . Instructions seem to deal with this option with windows, but not mac. Is there a way to fix this? Also when the inline controls are used via the USB connector, the volume is very loud and cannot be adjusted on the in-line control block. Help please.

Good value for money headset. Noise cancelling works well and Bluetooth connectivity is good. Becomes a bit uncomfortable on the ears after 45 minutes or so of constant use, but would still recommend.

Nice headphones and great sound quality. Just become a little uncomfortable after a while but not unbearable. It could be just me.

The product works well and it is reliable

Bought them in March 2022 & used them for meetings from home. They were fairly comfortable but after a couple of hours became a bit sore, but I'm sure most would. Good sound & were ideal for the noise cancelling. After about 20 times of use, they just stopped working. Nothing obviously wrong with wires or headset. So although they look like new, they are useless now. Very disappointed. Will now have to find another pair. I don't really recommend at this stage.
