Having purchased this item previously, I am very disappointed with it. Barely any menthol aroma and just a small amount sitting close to the bottom of the tiny tub. The tub was sealed so not as a result of spillage. When I previously bought this item. the tiny tub was three quarters full with the desired strong menthol aroma. I will return it.

Bought 2 of these little pots for my daughter and when they turned up one of the pots looks as though the crystals have all melted to the bottom of the pot, can't melt crystals if there aren't any. Did try to return item but was told it is not eligible for return so there is a £5 down the drain. Only gave it 1 star as no option for zero stars.

After reading the reviews I thought I’d give it a go. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. It wasn’t as strong as other reviews let me to believe, and trust me I’ve got a very fine nose. Also it didn’t last very long, the scent I mean. I’ll go back to olbas and others, as they do actually help me free my nose/sinuses.

I've had crystals before and these are completely rubbish compared to the other brand I've had. I had to empty half the tube in to hot water to even get a smell from them. They are so weak it's unbelievable.

Gone to use the menthol crystals this evening for a cold which will not disappear and lo and behold the tub is empty. Nothing - nada. No residue no nothing. Maybe the company need to check the contents of their items before they release them!!!
