Great flavour, obviously can’t say how much of an effect it has but would recommend! And I have a long history in the sports nutrition industry so I am very confident in my opinion!

I expect this one to taste quite similar to the non plant based one. But unfortunately they are not and the consistency is very thick compared to 100% whey French vanilla flavour.

It makes a superior replacement to BCAAs for depleting tryptophan in the CNS. The taste is pretty good as as well.
