Does the timer just go for 2 minutes? Or does it do the 30 second reminders too?

It does the 30 second “off” buzz so you know when 30 seconds have passed. However (and I could just have a faulty one) it doesn’t actually shut off at 2 mins, I have to pay attention that it has done that 4 times and then turn it off myself when she’s done. Again, could just be mine, but just a heads up!

Are the regular oral b replacement heads compatible with this kids brush? Are they the same sie?

Yes compatible, kids size is a tad smaller than the adult

My dentist told me to switch to a child's toothbrush because my mouth is small. But reviews say this head is no smaller than the adult toothbrush??

The toothbrush heads are all the same- no difference to adult and child. I believe the modes are different. I personally do not like to use the brush heads for myself as I find them too small and use different ones. I don't think there are smaller toothbrush heads then that.

How to change brush? Why so hard

Have you had one before? I got used to mine fairly soon and I take mine off every evening too. Are you sure you have the correct brush?
