It’s a nice necklace and i tested if it was real and it was! Unfortunately there was a small dent in it

Although it came and my daughter was initially excited. The metal decorative wrap broke off almost instantly leaving a sharp jagged edge. Disappointing with it as seemed like a good purchase.UPDATE:The seller has been excellent, a replacement product has been sent to me. Arrived very quickly and the service has been exceptional. Firmly beleive the original item breaking was a simple manufacturing defect and very happy with my experience with this product.

This comes in a lovely little black pouch with the pendant and chain in separate bags so is easily giftable.Firstly the pendant - it's wire wrapped and much better quality than I expected - the wrapping is done well, there are no sharp bits at all, it's really secure and it has a flat-wrapped part at the back so the pendant sits nicely when you're wearing it - I doubt it's a genuine crystal but it looks the part and for the price, there's no complaints.The chain let's it down a bit - it's a decent length but looks a bit cheap and dull and while the clasp works fine and stays in place, I found it a bit small and fiddly.
