Some people don’t like this yarn because they say it’s too rough and scratchy. I’ve found it to be a great yarn for my charity donations. The colors are lovely, and it wears like iron despite frequent washing. It also gets softer and softer the more it’s washed. It’s my go to yarn because it’s inexpensive, readily obtainable, and works up nicely. Like I said, a workhorse.

It's not appropriate for baby blankets or delicate things but it's a steady workhorse yarn. Good for blankets, amigrumi, and yarn bombs.

I purchased this yarn as well as a warm white to make a baby blanket for a soon to be great grand nephew. It came on time, was packaged well, and the color is just like the photo on the site. It works up very nicely. This worsted weighed yarn is a good value for what one expects to pay for yarn. Red Heart yarns are a perfect choice for many yarn projects.

Red Heart has a vast color selection for a wonderful price. The yarn itself is hard and feels like rope. It's leaving a mark on my finger when I crochet. I recieved a tip that steaming helps soften the yarn, so I will try that.

I needed a thicker 4 weight yarn and this one is thicker than other jumbo size yarns. Its softer than some of the other colors in the super saver line. I am happy that so far I am not finding a lot of knots or areas of thinner selections. Also, I am finding a good center pull without all of the yarn barf. Its a true white color and works up very well with 5.5 mm hook. I am happy with my purchase and will buy more.

I had enough yarn to complete a small blanket for my grand niece. I can't wait to give it to her for Christmas. The yarn was good quality and easy to crochet. After washing, it was easy to block. I would recommend this to anyone.

Loved the colour, the tone of grey used is gorgeous and worked perfectly for my project. Made the cutest little yarn holder. Recommend this brand of yarn to others and one I will continue to use.
