OK.. so the delivery driver knocked on the door and in a nano second of me answering it, he had put my package by the bin, which I caught him doing! He pulled it from the bin and gave it to me.The clock itself is sooooo light weight, the nail to hammer into the wall is very long which after several attempts, not the way is explained on the sheet. Bends in different ways, makes the clock hang stupid (swings to one side), I've had several attempts to readjust the Nail and finally stuck some sellotape under the clock to make it look straight!.. jeez....All am saying is they don't make products like they used to and its a disgrace to advertise this as a good product. Redesign and put some heart into it!

Really lovely looking clock but doesn't work. Change the batteries constantly and still goes slow, stops.It's a shame because it looks beautiful.
