GREAT QUALITY AND GREAT VALUE
This is a really nice set of water colour paints. They are highly pigmented and blend well. Great starter set of watercolours for beginners but someone more experienced may want a wider range of colours. I love the handy mixing pallet in the lid.The paint tin itself cleans easily and is very sturdy and has a nice tight fastening lid to protect the paints. Would highly recommend.

I really rate these.
I love water colours and though pencil illustrations is what I'm good at. I wanted paints that were easy to use, whilst out and about, tubes are a bit of a fuss. I took the risk on these for two reason: Some of previous reviews, which appeared to be from persons who know about paint quality and the price of them, so the gamble was small. Having tried these out, this is what I found: They are not a translucent and other pallet watercolours, re washes e.t.c. However, they have amazing strong pigments, vivid and rich. they are so easy to use, that these are perfect for mixed media too. The actual colour pallet, is all you need to make other colours from, so as a starter kit to discover watercolours, they a tops. I was so please I ordered these for my best friend. A perfect small gift.

Can't be disappointed with this!
There was no brush included and the white paint block was smaller than shown in the picture (it was actually the same size as the other blocks; not twice the size), but we got this on offer for the princely sum of two and a half quid. At that price it's no more expensive than a cheapy paintbox from the newsagents. Bought for a young child who prefers all things dinky, this fits in the tray of an ELC easel and the colours are beautiful. We've used it a few times already and with a cheap palette (bought separately) we are also mixing our own colours and shades. It looks like it will last ages. I have bought several more and won't hesitate to stock up again. So much less mess than big pots of paint - we don't even bother an apron.I should add that it might be used by older and more serious painters than my nipper! Sadly, I am not artistically inclined so can't comment on that, but I do wish I had the skill to make more of the gorgeous colours in this set.

Careless packaging- Good Paint set
The packaging was kinda bad with these. The paints weren't properly protected, no cardboard to keep them in place so they all came loose in the tin.Thankfully nothing was broken and were easy to put back in place...just time consuming..and risky. The paints themselves are good. High pigment and good quality watercolours for the price. I enjoy using them and would recommend.. but maybe not from this seller.

Cheap but not the best quality
The packaging on this product is great. The colours also look really nice in the image. The only issue I found was the watercolours are slightly bitty. Even when adding slightly lukewarm water which usually does the trick with my other watercolours these colours were still bitty. It meant that I had to overload my drawings and often made my paper bubbly. However they are great value for money.
