This was a replacement for one with a worn cable on a MacBook Air 2015. No problems and worth every penny.

I needed a cord for my laptop because my cat chewed my original one! This was perfect! But the only issue I am having with this, the length is short and the piece that connects to the power, keeps disconnecting. Works great, just needs some more "protection" around it, if you will.
