TERRIBLE SELLER
I’ve used this product for the last 2 years and always loved it. I received my latest one and the taste was terrible, just so bland. I’d had this for ages and so I know what it should taste like but this was very noticeably different.I complained to the seller (The Body & Home Boutique) as it was not good.The response was very defensive telling me that the recipe had changed about 2 years ago and that the flavour was now a neutral taste. They even suggested ways I could add flavour. On top of this they then told me that the product was in date which was never argued and that they sell “thousands per month” which in my opinion is an effort to suggest that everyone else likes it why don’t you?I replied as I was annoyed by their lack of giving a damn and questioned them as to why they were selling products advertised as flavoured when they themselves said it had a neutral taste.My reply once again was extremely defensive, as yet I’ve received no apology and they seem to have failed to grasp that I’ve had this for two years and I think I’d know if the flavour had changed.I’ve had an offer of sending it back to the manufacturer. Even this was implied to basically have no benefit to anyone.Regarding the questioning based on the labelling they said “the labelling is neither untrue nor misleading” however I would say that a product labelled as “sweet cream” should taste like sweet cream like it always had done up until now and not “neutral” as they stated it is now. From my experience this leaves me feeling misled and deceived.

Hate eating in the heat this shake gives you everything and I mix fruit with it and coconut water but you can use any type of milk and even water

Try a SHAKE and see the difference.
Was suggested that as I have to lose some weight that I take 1 replacement meal a day so breakfast is my shake meal and by cutting out bread I am losing weight every week.

Faulty batch perhaps
Returned it without issues. It separated upon mixing and tasted strange...horrible taste. Maybe a faulty batch, but I was in date. Will buy directly from Vii from now on.
