What came first?? The chicken or the egg? This little purple fused glass plate is both, an egg shaped chicken. Use this plate for trinkets, keys, spare change, pillar candle, only your imagination will limit it's use. Bright cheerful purple and cream swirls border a painterly square of powdered glass in colors of blue, pink and green. Cute little yellow chicken adorns the plate and give it a playful look. The glass used in the making of this plate was hand cut by me and is two layers thick. This is a high quality fused glass plate, two layers thick and is dishwasher and food safe. I would recommend hand washing as with all fine glassware. I have given this dish a spring and Easter look by using glass powders to create a soft color palette of with a painterly quality. Even if you put nothing in this little dish, it will stand on it's own as a beautiful piece of art for your table. This cute little plate is 12cm or 4 3/4" square with silicone bumper feet attached to keep it in place anywhere and protect your furniture. Each plate is created by hand one at a time in my home studio using only tested compatible glass and properly annealed to give you a long lasting addition to your home decor.
