The product itself is great. It looks pure white and has a slight sour and bitter taste which is not very unpleasant. It is also effective and works well. Here is my experience with this product.On day one, I took about 100-200mg in the morning on an empty stomach (I'm not sure about the amount because I have no scale of any kind at hand), then I felt it a little bit easier for me to do my usual 4km fast walking on the treadmill. The whole day I felt a little bit more energetic than before and my brain experienced a little bit more acuity and concentration. But I could not fall into sleep that night because I did not feel sleepy at all. The next morning, however, I felt tired and listless.On day two, I took another 100-200mg in the morning on an empty stomach. I did not do any exercise that day because the previous sleepless night made me feel quite exhausted. The whole day I felt a little bit tired, but not so tired as before when I took no NALT. I must say that my brain still felt clear and concentrated. In the afternoon, I felt another effect of NALT which other viewers seldom mentioned. It is difficult to describe but let me try to. That afternoon I experienced an usual sense of calmness. There was nothing uncomfortable about me, but the sense of calmness itself was a little bit unpleasant, because I felt too calm to be interested in anything. I did not want to eat or drink anything; I had no apetite for anything. I found a good movie but I lost my interest in it. I did not feel like to listen to any music, though I love music. That afternoon life seemed to have lost its taste and color, and I felt no interest in it. I guess this effect of NALT is the very reason why it can help people quit addictive stuff. That night I slept quite well.On day three, I took no NALT and I did my usual 4km fast walking on the treadmill. Though I had slept well the previous night, that day my brain felt quite tired. That night I slept well too.On day four, still I took no NALT and still I did 4km fast walking. However, this time I ate a candy. The whole day I did not feel as tired as the previous day, but I felt quite sleepy and my brain could not concentrate well.So, based on my own limited experience with NALT, I can say that this product is quite effective. But I do not like the other calming effect of NALT. Furthermore, I learned that NALT can be turned into melanin, and as a result, I took no more NALT, for I do not want to sacrifice my complexion. However, I'm thinking of giving this product to my parents, for they are now in their seventies and senile dementia is their main concern now.

So to begin, I should explain that I have been diagnosed with ADHD. The doctor prescribed me adderall. I elected for the lower dose since I didn't want to mess with side effects of higher doses. If I take the NALT a few hours before my adderall, it definitely makes a difference on the efficiency of the medication. More focused and even energetic too.I take this before workouts too (with caffeine) and it seems to help quite a bit. Even when taken alone it seems to help my mood at work. My job is pretty high stress and this helps keep me on my toes and less stressed. Its not going to give same effects as caffeine, but definitely helps as a supplement! Also, it mixes in water great! I add a scoop to my water bottle some days. Seriously tastes like lemon water haha. Almost worth using just as flavoring!! Definitely recommend (especially if you have ADHD)!As for the manufactorer of this product: no real complaints. It does its job. Only down side is the packaging can be a little cumbersome, but its worth the product lol. In general Bulk Supplements seem to have a high quality of purity and great prices. I'll use them in the future for other supplements.
