Hi Jon,The Veho Kasa range is currently not compatible with Amazon Alexa. All of the moods, schedules and timers can be controlled via the Veho Kasa iOS/Android App.Thanks

Can you move them or do you have to use another adhesive?

It has a 3M adhesive, but I'm not sure if you can move them around from place to place. I examined the package and it didn't say.
