This is certainly an interesting take on the humble showerhead design. And it works quite well too.The actual controls are a bit gimmicky but the result is good. The shower head screwed onto my existing hose with ease although the filter washer supplied was slightly too small and let water leak through. I used the one I already had and then it was fine.There is not much in the way of shower pattern adjustment but that was understood when ordering. There is a large gold button on one side which rather oddly has a raised line on it which makes you think it should be turned but it is just a button. It is what lets the water through. It was quite stiff on my model and at first, it would not move. Eventually, I was able to press it and let the water through to the shower head. It has been fine ever since.The other side has a wheel like you would find on a steam pressure valve. You turn this to adjust the pressure of the water.The propeller inside the head spins and this is what creates the shower pattern. It works pretty well. Much better than I thought it would.I also like that the head itself is adjustable for different angles.There is a filter already installed and three spares in the box. There is also a simple dial type manually adjusted reminder on the shower head so you don't forget to replace the filter. I don't think that is needed but some might find it useful.So what at first I thought was a bit gimmicky actually turned out to be a very good showerhead.

Shower head made a vast improvement to the pressure coming out of the shower head, My wife does not moan now that she cannot wash her hair properly.

Not keen on this the design is flawless looks very stylish however it's more like a mist than a spray and it took me forever to wash my hair my partner loved it but he's got a shaved head so didn't have my problem

the shower head have broke within 4 days of being up it burnt 2 of us cos the heat we had to put it up to for the pressure the pressure wheel blew apart and the water coming out of the pipe was boiling hot and have also blown our shower

Rubbish did not work and broke shower
