I love this! My cat had matted hair on her back and this worked perfectly! She purred the whole time I shaved her, it's very quiet, and did a great job without the guards. No nicks or cuts at all. I highly recommend these clippers. My senior cat is now more comfortable and I didn't have to torture her by trying to stuff her into a crate and take her to be groomed. She has very thick hair and these clippers were amazing. Great price and came already charged and ready to use. Buy them!!!!!

I generally rate the very best and very worst purchases. This trimmer is the BEST. Rechargeable, quiet, gentle on my cat and easy to hold. I was trying to avoid a grooming trip on my very first long haired cat. All hairball knots now gone. This was small enough to be safe on her smaller but elderly frame. Unfortunately I can't praise my trimming skills...but she hasn't complained and she would have hated a trip to a groomer. A great purchase for a long haired cat. And... A great price.

Don't let the price fool you! They are worth so much more. I've had my set for awhile and they are so gentle on my cat while doing a great job. They are easy to take apart and clean (very important), let parts air dry then put back together and put some droplets of included oil on the blade (also very important and I let them sit for a bit while oily) then they are good to go next time 😀. Although not a big money item I still treat them like they are (I think that's why they last)! I had one tiny issue with mine so I emailed the company, got an immediate response from a customer representative named Sue (10 star rep) and she helped me resolve my issue without hesitation :] (don't usually find that these days!). Also, my son borrowed them for his very long haired kitty (mats), he was thrilled how well they worked, they are also quiet so doesn't scare the fur baby)! This little thing works pretty well. It's small and isn't very loud. My cat, who is super floofy, gets trimmed (not shaved down to skin) every few months so her collar fits better, for her rump, and grinch feet. She tolerates it well and is used to this. If your critter is fluffy, there's a good chance it'll jam up a bit by the blades, rather often, so you need to manually remove the floof. It doesn't take long, but on higher-quality or larger trimmers, that's not an issue. The battery seems good, and it's easy to change the guards. I recommend it for folks who need a very occasional trim, but not for frequent ones.

I have 2 long haired cats, one with coarse one with soft fuzzy fur. This works well on both. I had purchased one but after 1 use it wouldn't charge so the company sent me a replacement once I contacted them to notify of the issue. Have had no further issues with the replacement. The blades have never harmed me or my kitties. They stay sharp and make it easy to manage the mats. The clipper is nearly silent which is HUGE because one of the cats is a feral rescue and quite timid. He doesn't even notice when I click it on! If I shuffle my feet on the carpet he freaks and darts to hide so when I say this is nearly silent I truly mean it! Amazing product and amazing company. If I could I'd give this 10 stars!!!

I have tried so many shavers for our ragdoll and non of them even come close to this shaver. It works absolutely fabulously! Our cat (who is scared of shaver) was not scared of it because it is small, the sound is so much quieter and is now super comfortable having me shave her now (no more fights! ). Her fur is long and thick and these shavers cut through it like melted butter. I highly recommend!

Got this to trim down my fluffy calico cat. It’s easy to use, charge & clean. It’s not quiet though, not sure how quiet clippers can be but it’s not extremely loud either. 2 out of my 3 cats aren’t scared of the sound. My other cat is super anxious about all types of sounds so no surprise there. For what I intended to use this for, it works great.

I have to say that this little thing surprised the heck outta me. I have a very skittish long haired orange tabby named Marmalade and she did amazingly with this shaver. Her chest and belly fur is super long and prone to getting matted. It was becoming impossible to cut it with scissors because of how close it was to her skin. It took me all of 5 minutes to shave down the hair on her chest and stomach. It's great that's it's cordless and rechargeable as well. The accessories didn't work well for me but to be fair the knots were super close to her skin. All in all I think it's well worth the money and saved me a whole hassle of trying to find a groomer in my city that grooms cats.

I bought this clipper for my cat who is a cross between a Maine Coon and long hair domestic. She has long, soft fur and lots of it and it works beautifully on her. But the most amazing thing is she loves it when I use it to trim her hair. She actually lays down and quietly waits from for me to trim the hair on her back end. Who ever designed this clipper understands that cats can be frightened by loud noises so they designed a very quiet clipper. All you hear is a soft buzz. Thank you

Upon opening, I really thought I had wasted my money, but this little machine really works great on my cat who has a thick inconsistent coat (he's old). Blade doesn't get hot like some shavers do and it's quiet which helps a lot in not scaring my pet.

Tenía miedo de que mi gato no me permitiera usar esta rasuradora por que es extremadamente nervioso. pero me he llevado la grata sorpresa que mientras la uso hasta ronronea!!!! tenía muchas colpachas que le pude quitar sin problemas. la he usado un par de días y todo va bien. ojalá sea duradera!

This handy little groomer has been a god-send for our eldery cat, who has grown particularly cantankerous in regards to grooming in his old-age. He no longer tolerates professional groomers, and the combination of his aggressive behaviour (only when being groomed; he's a sweetheart the rest of the time!) and his paper-thin skin has resulted in a couple of unfortunate nicks to the skin, further reinforcing his non-compliance with grooming! This handy little groomer has many benefits: - It's very quiet - so it doesn't scare or startle the cat; - It's cordless and easy to handle - which is important for adjusting angles when the cat is biting, wriggling, and squirming to avoid being groomed, and - It doesnt nick the skin - so the cat doesn't get injured (and hopefully, that will also build trust over time!).
