flex seal liquid paint on never dried no time to dry before a storm.
Cannot remove the NEVER drying flex seal liquid, tape and caulk MAY be ok, but who wants to spend $400+ with every hurricane that blows through Florida? Application and removal is a time consuming pain in the a-s. Either it doesn’t remove or takes your paint with it. How about adding the time, labor and materials to repaint all the house trim you used the flex seal to protect? No thanks! I do not recommend it, it’s an expensive, labor intensive, less than effective solution to hurricanes in Florida. Don’t waste your time, energy and hard earned money on it. It’s not worth it!

Great flood protection
We used the caulk and tape to seal our door against rising flood water. The water was rising fast. The caulk didn't have time to dry, but still worked great when we used it with the tape.

A great part of protecting the place
Played with this once with one door, nailed it with water and power washer, she held. All it needs to do is hold for a while, that’s enough to save a house down here in the gulf!!!! Love it

Didn't work.
We were very disappointed with this product. It's supposed to keep flood waters out, but it would not even stick to the door frame. We had to use regular silicone caulk to keep Milton's 19 inches of rain out of our house. The doors stayed dry thanks to the regular silicone caulk, but the water came in through the walls and up through the concrete slab out house sits on. Flex Seal Flood caulk does not work!

Not all that effective
Didn't really seal water out completely. Difficult to remove after drying. Might as well buy cheap caulk.
