Best steam mop I’ve had, Lots of steam comes out, easy to remove pads

Makes plenty of steam and heats up fast. Used mainly on quarry tiled kitchen floor but also on sheet vinyl and vinyl planks and cleans all of these very well. Easy to use as the natural mopping action works the pump which delivers the water to the steam element. Significantly better results than wet mopping - the floor is definitely cleaner and also dries much, much faster. Only used distilled water with it as per the destructions - this is the only drawback as, although you save on detergent, the distilled water costs more as you use a fair bit of it - it's the penalty for having plentiful steam. However the better performance and much faster drying time more than make up for a small penalty in terms of cost. in use.

I use this only for cleaning my tiled kitchen floor. I've bought 2 extra (Shark branded) pads, so do 4 passes each time. It certainly picks up a lot of dirt and looks better. It takes quite a while to do and requires quite a lot of effort, but I feel it's worth all of that for the clean result it gives. Mine's started a weird whistling, which isn't affecting performance and hopefully won't do. I've only had it a few weeks so can't comment on its durability, but it feels solid and well built.

With a large golden retriever and a baby on the way I was looking for something to help keep my floors clean and tidy. Comparing to other products this seemed the most user friendly. I have been extremely happy with this so far! It heats up very quickly, produces a great amount of moisture and steam and picks up dirt great. I love the flipping function that allows me to direct steam to tricky spots. As well as the ability to release the dirty mop head without touching it. The cord has excellent length for my little house and I can use it for both the kitchen and living room without relocating. Overall, this mop works exceptionally and leaves my wood and tile floors spotless. My only concern is the price of replacement pads, however, they have washed up well so far and hopefully have a long shelf life.

I just received my mop and I was really excited to try it rightaway. I got the Klik n' Flip Manual mop. It does what it says it does, and it is very easy to use. I have two cats who leave their paws all over the floor and im grateful i now have a solution to the daily clean!

Really disappointed in this product. Ive bought shark vacuum which is excellent, so i was really excited for this (i bought the manual). Here is what im disappointed with considering the price and brand: 1. Its not self standing, which is a ball ache when steaming the floor and maybe you need it to stand for a few seconds, even when you lean it up against something its likely to fall because of course the pad is slippery 2. Because the head is rectangular, if you have small spaces to go over, you won’t be able to reach. i mean like the corner edge of your kitchen cabinet. You cant really get even pressure across the head. 3. The steaming is not as strong as other steamers ive tried. So you have to go over particular spots multiple times. Klik and flip becomes more of a nuisance. 4. The water tank capacity runs out very quickly. I was only able to cover one room with one full tank. Then my kitchen i had to refill, as it took so long for certain areas to clean. 6. You cant detach the tank to refill. Imagine! You cant even stand it up when refilling so essentially your holding the steamer with one had while trying to fill with the other. 6. The pads dont clean very well! After one use and wash in the washing machine and the pad is still brown. I hadnt used it when I initially bought it as i was waiting for my renovations to finish, so i could essentially use the item on a new place. Really wish the refund window didnt close.

The mop & concept are really good, but, the pump action to activate the steam is quite annoying and secondly the pads are not suitable for the removal of all the marks, a non scratch pad would be handy. but the dexterity of the actual head is very good. But I am still looking for the perfect floor mop for me. This isn't it.

Love my steam mop cleans really well and heats up quickly and gets right into corners just have to remember to use distilled water

This cleans with water, no detergents needed. The hot steam cleans your floor completely
