I suffer with bad posture and always had neck issues. Just 10 minutes a day really does make a difference! the only thing I would say is, once I lifted my head my neck felt numb but I suppose that’s normal when your necks been in a certain position for a certain length of time!Great product and works for me!

Like many of you reading this review, I have been on the eternal quest to find that one thing that will fix my back and eliviate all that pain. I have tried every amazon product from foam rollers and back stretchers to massage chairs and massage guns. When you're in this position and can't bare thr pain any longer, you buy a product like this knowing that there is a slim chance it will work - but you'll take any slim chance to get rid of the pain!My partner laughs everytime I order a new piece of plastic or electronic massager that ends up shoved in cupboard of shame after rolling around on it for a few weeks in front of the TV. I've seen professionals and paid a lot to have someone frequently poke me about - as many of you probably have.All that said, this might be 'the one'. Who would have thought a £16 blue piece of plastic from China would be it - but sometimes life is funny like that.I lay down on the floor and placed it under my neck. The instructions say to hold your hands up above your neck and push your elbows 90 degrees (like a horizontal handstand). Actually the instructions don't really describe it well so that's why I marked it down to 4 stars.The arms above the head ensures that there is enough weight pulling down onto those pressure points that will start to numb the back of the neck and the spine. Now my one REALLY USEFUL TIP that they don't tell you - but it is the same for all these products - deep breathing is absoulety key to this. Breathing deep helps your muscles release, and ultimately lower your body into a calm state where the pressure points can really active. The deep and longer your breaths the better.The other thing that they don't tell you - or at least this happens to me and maybe there is something wrong with me - is that your arms stop working completely and you feel really high for about 20 mins afterwards. I don't know if this is a result of the acupuncture in the spine or blood rushing to other places - but it feels great.Long story short I would recommend this product at this price.

Only used for two days bit hard on neck first day but getting used to it now. Only after two days my neck is feeling so much better

Was suspicious of the product at first but anything worth a try as I get a lot of pain from stress in my shoulders and neck with arthritis in back and hips.I have the hump at the back of my neck and haven’t seen any difference or change as yet but early doors only used it for three weeks so far.I struggle laying flat with vertigo and dizziness needing support but with the neck cloud I get that support.Well worth it to relieve the neck and shoulder pain. Happy with the product and arrived next day delivery.

Used for a month and so far no real complaints but not noticed any big improvements. Will continue 10 mins a night, hopefully my neck will start to feel better soon

Have had less neck pain and no headaches and migraines for over 2 weeks. Ive used it daily for 10 mins. Definitely recommend it!
