Good, But Humidity Not Supported via Alexa
Nice little device, the built in magnet is a nice touch and it was quick and easy to set up with the Switchbot hub which we already owned. App is good with nice graphs of the temp and humidity, & readings seem reasonably accurate. One annoying thing though, and why I'm marking it down - when connected through Alexa it does not support asking for the humidity - only the temperature. That's despite the description on Amazon clearly implying twice that asking Alexa for the humidity will work. Very irritating since that's a specific feature I was looking for (using to monitor our gecko's enclosure so voice checks of humidity would've been great).Keeping it anyway because it was cheap and I like the app... I'll happily upgrade to 5 stars if I'm somehow wrong about the Alexa thing of if they add humidity support with a future updates... current description feels a bit deceptive though... not cool!EDIT - Following my review I was contacted by a nice CS representative from SwitchBot. They suggested that Alexa voice commands for humidity should work, and proposed several commands to try. Unfortunately most of these just don't work... but one did. I find that "Alexa, ask SwitchBot humidity of <Device Name>" successfully returns the humidity. It has to be *exactly* those words - if you add "what is the humidity" or "tell me the humidity" (all of which work fine with temperature) or anything like that it fails.Still, one command that works is substantially better than none, and I'm still very happy with the device in all other aspects, so I'm upping my review to 4 stars. Hopefully they will continue to tweak the Alexa skill and I'll happily bump up to 5 stars as & when it's totally smooth. Also the interaction with CS has been polite and thorough which speaks well of the company in general. One other note is that after a couple of weeks of use I find the humidity reads a little low compared to an Exo Terra vivarium hygrometer I have in the same location, but it's not a huge issue as the difference is consistent so I can just adjust accordingly. If using for a pet I would definitely recommend having a conventional hygrometer also, just to use as a reference baseline.

Perfect for my needs
Bought this to use in converted fridge for meat Curing. Tested it first in a room, garage and finally in the fridge. Covers my needs. Easy to read, set up and i can connect to it from inside the house, about 5m through the garage wall as is in the fridge. Creating account allows exporting of data which can be further analyzed and tweaks to my controlled environment to be made. Using an Inkbird humidity controller shows a bit of lag between the two humidity sensors in rapid changing humidity but both are within a percent Rh of each other. Temperature is within few decimals from the Inkbird temperature control.Oh, and it fell twice from about 5 feet. No cracks and still works.

Nice and small and easy to use
It's a good produce for a good price. The temperature reading seems accurate enough for normal room temperature, but the only thing is that it updates quite slowly. It says the response time is 4 seconds but I don't think it's that useful when the change in temperature is slow. If temperature suddenly jumps from 15℃ to 25℃ then it may respond very quickly, but changing from 15℃ to 19℃ it's gonna take much longer.

simple and conviniant
SummaryThis is a great device for a good price. Would recommend buying even if you don’t what the smart home featuresPros:It is very easy to set up; all you have to do is insert the two included AAA batteries, and you are good to go.The included stand and the magnet sticker are very nice to have. The sensor is accurate, and the screen is easy to readParing and syncing it to my phone was simple and intuitiveCons:The app would benefit from using a Y-axis scale to make it easier to quickly readSome more transparency around what data they take if you only use a phone and their app would be nice to have

Great device, let down by flaky bluetooth
I using this to monitor humidity over one week periods. It is a brilliant device with one big problem - it is not easy for the app to talk to it over Bluetooth, never happing in first go, but taking one to three or more attempts to get readings back to the app. Don't even bother if you are more than three feet away from it. I am always seeing the failed to connect message. This is sooo frustrating especially as it is a pretty great fde ice when it doestalk to you. Hence I am looking for another. I just don't have the time to keep fighting it.

Excellent. Actually too good!
It works very accurately and Bluetooths the readings too my iPhone as well as being visible on its own screen. When you sync it sometimes there are thousands of readings. It would be better with less readings for home users. A tweak of the software should allow one to select the frequency.

Look no further!
Pros: very reliable, great app, simple setup, well made.Cons: Requires a hub for the best experience.I now have a total of 16 of these scattered around my home to monitor my heat pump’s performance so I don’t waste any unnecessary energy. They have been running for getting on a year now and I have never had any connection problems or needed to change the batteries. The interface on the iPhone app is very simple to use and the data can be very quickly viewed when remotely accessing them through the SwitchBot mini hub. I would really recommend this product.

Screen didn’t work correctly but seller dealt with that admirably
The screen on the first thermometer was basically unusable, but the seller was happy to send an (upgraded) replacement and was very helpful about the issue. Hence, 4 stars given the service (albeit would rather it just worked in the first place, so can’t be 5).
