These were purchased to fix name tags on to menus, and they're great! Some reviews said the colour came off when assembling, but I didn't find this at all. I used a Crop-a-Dile with the usual settings, and they all came out perfectly. Lovely matte black finish, and just as described. My only gripe is the cost for such a small amount. I would expect at least 100 for this price, so I've found an alternative supplier for the amount I need at a lower price point.

Packaging is basic and easily opened. This won't matter to many, but as an arthritis sufferer, it makes a difference in my ordering.Eyelets are sturdy, but not what I would term heavy duty. This eyelet worked well in two layers of thin leather though manipulating the backs was difficult. Use on Kydex (holster making materials) has proven more difficult as the eyelet just isn't strong enough to press into the material for 'bite.'Overall, I would order this again strictly for use on leather and fabric.

I use these for my mini soap labels. They work great and do not chip when I put them together.
