Excellent device, very helpful indeed,
Thank you very much for the perfection that you applied for building this advice. My son started wearing them then a lot improvement in his willing to learn is notable and undeniable. However, I feels very sad because he lost the right one. So, is there any possibility to get new one, please, God bless.PS - How can it be improved - as far as some awareness concern it has some kind of the display to checking the volume and programs which has been set on added to the device, would be much appreciated too, please.

good at price
Only use for TV takes a bit of adjusting to, only bought while waiting for NHS hearing aids, will be able to compare better when trying new ones.

Very fiddley.
A very nice design and also very well made, but unfortunately, I found that I had to keep fiddling with them for several mins every time I used them, to get them to work properly. I bought them primarily to listen to the TV, to save my long suffering wife's ears. When they worked, they were great, but as the days went by they seemed to deteriorate more and more, and eventually after 24 days they just stopped working, even though they were fully charged. I am just thankful that they didn't last another few days because then I would have been stuck with them. If the manufactures manage to sort the problems out they will be a great buy for people like myself.

There's a fault with this item
This is the second one I bought, my partner bought 2 which she returned. Each one of them have been faulty, doesn't hold it's charge. After 3 minutes you get 3 beeps I put it on charge again after wearing it again after 3 minutes I got 3 beeps again. My partner bought the same model on Ebay and they work fine. It looks like the one's Amazon are selling have faulty batteries.

Ability to hear properly.
Thought these would be great replacements for old expensive aids. Left aid ceased working after 12 days. Better to get BTE aids which I have now ordered.

These are not a replacement for hearing aids, but a useful in between speech amplifier
I have very poor hearing in my right ear, and mediocre in the left. The hearing amp works in my left ear to an extent it is better with the amplifier in than nothing, but not as good as my usual hearing aid. In my right ear, it is of no benefit. These amplifiers to me would certainly help anybody on the threshold of needing a purpose made and tuned hearing aids, but are not a replacement. They are well built, and I do like the case with the little compartment built into it to hold spare tips etc.The changes to sound level and mode work very well. The feedback that can occur, (they call a whistle), when the sound level is turned up, is usual with hearing aids and amplifiers, if the part that goes into the ear is not a good fit. In my bad right ear, I have a full plastic fitting that was made with the use of a mould of my ear that was taken, as it can be impossible to stop if the volume needs to be so loud so as to hear with normal tips.I have shown a few pictures to show replacing or changing the tips for those who are not familiar with doing this. You can see in the pictures that when you remove the tips by pulling it off, you can see the way the part that goes into the tip has rings around it so as to grip the sides of the hole in the silicone (?) tip.I expose the end of the tip that goes into the hearing amplifier as in picture 2, and then push it firmly onto the hearing amp. Obviously, you the return the tip to its usual state so the actual join cannot be seen.It is imperative to make sure the tip is firmly pressed fully on to the hearing amp, because, as has happened to me once with my usual hearing aids, the silicone end came off in my ear canal and I had to go to A&E to have it removed.Hope this helps.
