I was extremely skeptical when I purchased this product because I don't like over the counter relaxers of any types but can't always afford to go to the my regular person but wanted to give something new a try as I'd tired all the other brands. First off I want to say to anyone who relaxers there hair whether they are no-lye or lye based you should ALWAYS use a BASE even if it is only Vaseline! A Relaxer can burn no matter what type! Now to go on. I was worried when I mixed the relaxer and the activator because is was so watery, but I still tried it and I'm glad I did! It was very good, it didn't burn and it didn't take long to relax my hair which was a plus since have and extremely sensitive scalp. I also recommend even if you had relaxed your own hair before to please read the instructions for any relaxer that you use and ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, follow up with a good deep conditioner. I also have been turned on to Rice Water (you can find a recipe for that on YouTube! It is the bomb. I love this relaxer and will us again.

I just used it about a couple hours ago. Easy to follow directions (for anyone that's new to this) and for me (who has sensitive skin and very, very thick curly hair) I had to relax because I'm one of the 1% of the population whose hair that's losing its natural curl--only in several places so I had to do this to match up all my hair. No burning. It got straight after using the flat iron after washing. Definitely lives up to "silky". Definitely getting this again.

Love it ! Will definitely be buying again! Almost no hair loss ! And it did not dry and damage my hair. My hair is so straight and super soft ! The sample oil treatment works great after rinsing everything off! Had to buy the full product... plus it smells AMAZING! Would highly recommend this to people with very curly & semi dry hair like mine :)
