Brilliant. A must read for any Pilates instructor.

Amazing book which really gives food for thought. Should be essential reading for all Pilates teachers and trainee teachers.

The book has some really good and interesting ideas, the only thing I would say is that it has scancodes and it means that you have to buy the course on Pilates anytime for 66 pounds. As the book is not necessarily cheap, I felt slightly cheated to now have to buy the workshop on top of the price of the book. But I am sure I will lots of things through the book, but I feel a resistance to buy the course.
