tips came off the brush and it does not get hot enough for my hair, not a happy camper and had to order a dif brand?

Wasn't even as good as my regular flat iron. And then it quit working anyway after the third use.

This product came with lot of hair in brush. Attaching photo. Not even thought of opening. Brush hair straightener written at the back, print was faded and looked like used product was sent to me.

Did not like this brush at all it didnt go through my hair very well nor straighten I mean it is cheap so don't expect much heat , it needs more heating options such as 350-410 like that of a flat iron but I am sending it back for my refund. Wouldn't purchase again.
