Lot off people with bad reviews but I went for it. And love it. Read the manual, know your buttons before using it, then start. I turn it on and then use the button to the right and adjusted to level one, then started, when I couldn’t not take it, I press pause and use it in another area. The matching will reset every time you turn it on, that’s the bad thing but is ok. Start slow not the whole 20 minutes, they are meant for the whole body, I started with seconds, will go slow on it. So it makes me sleepy and it works. It works

Poor quality, no longer working after a month of purchasing and battery life is trash. Do not buy!

This is my first time trying cupping. I read up and watched some videos.I read all the instructions, poorly written, before I even started while the device was charging. The default setting on this is the one that hurts if you've never had this done before. POOR CHOICE!You have to actively set it to the beginner mode, which involved translating the poorly written instructions to- hold down the power/mode button until it switches. It took me about 10 tries messing with all the buttons and re-reading the instructions to figure this out. So there you go, hold the power/mode button till it switches.That said, if you turn it off, it defaults BACK to that mode, so you have to set this every single time you use it. It really should be set on the beginner mode as default.Once I figured this out, and watched some videos, I also realized that the default time of 20 minutes is really long. I was using for knee pain and the guide I found said to do it for 5 minutes, and he was using manual suction cupping, neither fire/automatic, so I feel like it wouldn't be a crazy hurtfully strong suction in the cupping.I haven't been able to try other brands, but this is fairly in line with price points on other similar devices. Maybe with my review, you'll be able to figure it out without the pain I went through to finally get it set to beginner mode.

I tried this at home on myself and my family first. I wanted to know how it well it worked. I always like to see if there is a downside to a new product before I introduce it to my clients. The only slight downside is it makes quite a bit of noise from the suction feature. It is noticeable during a massage session. But it has worked on my aches and pains.

Easy to use. Very strong suction. Good value for the money. My back feels better.

After 6 months of use, this electric cupping over sucks and at times punctures skin that blood starts to come out. Not recommended for purchase as defect has came to light. It tightens that skin hard to and initially one doesn't feel it until its too late.

As a massage practitioner, I’m used to applying and administering cupping. Was excited to try this and immediately upon using it once (for 1 minute ), it actually damaged my leg because of how unnecessarily strong the pressure is. Not made for human use. Would suggest just using regular cups.
