Anr your money
The ball is easily destroyed, doesn't come with instructions explaining how to put the treats inside, plus it tips over way to easy, slides on carpet and for sure on hardwood floors. The fact that it doesn't accommodate an actual tennis ball is very disappointing. Since my dog destroyed the ball after the 2nd time she grabbed the ball I won't be able to return this. So it was a major waste of money. Save your money and find a better design and a better quality design. The only positive this is there is no noise, except when the dog knocks it over because it can smell there are treats inside it.Save your money!!!

Doesn’t work well
I have tried to make adjustments to the release lever to release the treats but very rarely does the dog get treats. I have tried many different treats shapes and sizes but nothing really works. Dog likes to put the ball in the hole, but over all the device does work as intended.

Small and flimsy
I got this for a fun treat and game for our golden doodle. It doesn’t hold much food. The ball is heavy. The entire thing is dollar tree quality with high sticker price-

Great concept, poor execution
This has a great heavy ball and will also fit a tennis ball. But the treats just don't come out. I used several different very small training treats and they kept getting stuck. The doors open but it's just a gravity ramp inside. Then when they get stuck you have to push down the paddle and shake it because your can't reach down the refill hole. I'm so disappointed because my dog is good at traditional puzzles and this was going to be a great challenge. Maybe a got a flukey one but not interested in trying again.

ball activity
the ball is a softer ball so if you have a dog that loves to play with the ball then put in ball activity don't let your dog have the ball I found what works best is a tennis ball

Item is very light and easy to knock over
Perhaps this isn't made for German Shepherd "teenagers" because this is very light. My dog was more interested in knocking it over to get the treats and ball rather than take the time to play with it correctly. I'm sure this is my own fault but it is much too easy for him to simply pick up and take away. This just isn't a good design for us.

escape.
The media could not be loaded. Poor durability and no mechanism for projecting the ball. I didn’t care about complaints of the food getting stuck since I had no intention of using that but didn’t realize that was the whole point of it!

Ball and machine didn't work well
The ball for this toy was chewed after just one day. The treats would not come out properly when the ball was dropped in. Unsafe ball because my dog would have eaten the entire thing if I didn't see it
