Infrared Radiant Heat Lamp & Red Bulb High Low Switch Poultry Chickens Chicks

Update: having used this for years now…it’s still just as amazing as the first day I got it! Original review!.. I was worried about some of the reviews I’ve read regarding this item, however I am absolutely thrilled I purchased it for my current letter. I am a breeder of English cocker spaniels, and I cannot fault this heat lamp set. The product works beautifully, the product is delivered in exceptional condition with prompt delivery, well packaged, everything about this product is outstanding. I have no hesitation at all in recommending it to anybody who is breeding a litter of puppies, or using it for any other purpose that requires heat lamp. I have suspended it across my conservatory ceiling by using UPVC screws and mount hooks which I securely attached to the frame of the conservatory, before suspending a chain across and then attaching the heat lamp down this chain. I may be a mum to many children, however I also do all the DIY & renovations at home! The chain that is supplied is extremely sturdy, there is a very good length on the cord that comes with the heat lamp, the heat lamp itself is very well-made, I would have no hesitation in purchasing again should I require more than 1. Please ignore any of the negative reviews you may have seen on this product, it is worth noting I’m not affiliated with this company in anyway! I literally am just a random purchaser of this product, but I absolutely wholeheartedly standby it. I do not often write raving reviews but felt that this is definitely one of those situations where it would be appropriate. I have used this heat lamp pretty much non-stop for the last four weeks, the bulb is perfect everything about it is fabulous. Thank you very much!

The lamp arrived promptly and I am pleased with it - quality is good and it works absolutely fine with no issues. I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on these lamps saying they were flimsy with dodgy wiring and bulbs not lasting etc but i think this is mostly rubbish and might even be dodgy reviews from rival companies. I think they’re good and using mine for raising young chicks. I also got a 250w bulb as a spare or in case it gets a bit cold as the 150w only provides a very mild heat which might not be warm enough in some situations. Would recommend but get an extra bulb too..

Ideal for small Avery. Light weight but sturdy. Good price.

Works like it should, 2 heat settings and an adjustable chain for hanging, so I can adjust the distance from the baby chicks in conjunction with a mini thermometer to get the ideal temperature.

Arrived really promptly which was great as my eggs hatched early!! Set it up and seems to be working fine and hopefully will last. Easy to use, would buy again

Good quality at a reasonable price. Would buy again if needed. Been on for a month now with no problems. Good length chain to adjust height and good quality bulb. The keets seem to be grateful for it!

Our chickens (4 bantams) really like it and although they are not supposed to lay eggs in the winter, I think the lamp might have tricked them as they have been laying almost every day since we got the lamp! :-)
