Amazing read!
Lillian does it AGAIN, and makes a wonderful romance set withing the Love Bathhouse world.I absolutely love the plot, and how Emilia went from being the scared human just discovering the supernatural world, to finding her strength in a realistic way. I love the dynamic between Ari and Jasper and how they had a budding relationship before Emilia. I loved that you could feel the sense of history between the two men without having to have an entire book with them to feel like you knew them. And I love how sweet and supportive Ari and Jasper were with Emilia, and how they set clear, conscious boundaries and consent with everything. It was so fun to see how they all fall in love with each other, and to see how each character developed with their new dynamic. I always feel a bit weird reading harem romances, but Lillian always managed to create such a realistic, loving, individualistic, loving and non-cringy reverse-harem. I feel like these 3 are a completely different dynamic that the Bramblewick family (from her previous book "Deceived by the Gargoyles", set in the same world) which is a refreshing thing in the reverse-harem sub-genre. I feel like sometimes reverse-harem books sometimes have the same plot, and the same type of characters, and it can make it a bit stale. However, Lillian manages to not do that, and I love this book all the more for it. I feel like the characters were all consenting adults who had their own struggles, issues and forgiveness. I loved every second of it.An absolutely amazing romance, that hits you right in the feels. The spice in it is HOT and tasteful at the same time. Utter perfection. If you love romance, fantasy, amazing plot, diverse characters, tasteful spice and amazing writing, PLEASE read this book. You don't have to read Lillian's other Bathhouse books to understand the plot, but why not read the other books? They are all great in their own ways, and this book just adds more magic.I was given an ARC from the author and am giving an honest review in return.

Differently Intriguing
This story had a different twist to romance which kept me involved from start to finish. This trio developed a sweet relationship but their different personalities would clash in the beginning because of their emotional baggage. This story delves in their own history and how that history helps them form a future for the three of them. Join the drama, heated chemistry and self discovery that makes this book worth reading. Enjoy!

It's a fun read.
I enjoy thinking outside-the-box when it comes to romance. Don't get me wrong. I love typical shifter romances, but I have also come to love a good monster romance. This was fun and funny. The characters are easy to relate to. I enjoyed seeing the progression of the story. I really enjoyed it.

Good But
I enjoyed reading this story featuring Ari, Jasper (basilisk shifters) and Emilia (human woman). The main characters were likeable, as were the secondary ones. The sex was hot, if a little confusing at times. Their relationship was definitely interesting and also a little hard to keep up with. What I didn't like about the story was (spoiler alert) that Emilia ended up getting cursed with what I call the "Medusa" effect, meaning she had snakes on her head and could turn people to stone. This happened when she opened a rare paranormal book which she didn't know was magical. She worked at a library restoring rare books and she didn't know that paranormals existed. Her friend Grace, a witch from a previous book in this series, put her in touch with Ari. He agreed to help her find a cure for the curse. Now Jasper, who was the director at the library she worked at, had an "on again off again" relationship with Ari, although Ari knew Jasper was his mate. That meant there was sexual/mental tension between those two. They were both attracted to Emilia. Which means this story is a MMF romance. I digress, I didn't like that Emilia ended up keeping the snakes on her head because she learned how to control when they could be seen (basically shifting just her hair). So what I didn't like is that she had to be like Medusa in order to be with Ari and Jasper. Couldn't the author come up with another way for Emilia to have a happy life with them? I also thought the book was a little long and there were several grammatical errors, which wasn't bad for a book of this length.

*Chef’s Kiss*
*I received an ebook ARC from the author. All opinions are my own.*Lillian Lark does the steamy, delicious balance of poly romance like no other author and I adore her for. As your resident snake lady, I was also very excited to see some reptilian love (though the author’s note in the content warnings actually got a very good laugh out of me).Emilia is a human who has just been introduced to the world of monstrous creatures - one of them being her boss, Jasper. Normally office romances are a hard no for me, but I think Lark dealt with the power imbalance exceptionally well and, for the most part, the plot kept them out of the boss/employee role that I just personally don’t vibe with (at this point, I’m ready to trust Lark with just about any story). And we also have Ari, our dom and most powerful being, rounding out the trio and keeping the two previous in line.Emilia is hot, the basilisk boys are hot, the pockets are hot (if you know you know, wink wink). And Entranced by the Basilisks just has me ready all over again to devour anything Lark puts in front of me - you wonderful human you <3

Favorite
Absolute favorite. I love every part of this story. Though it was a bit anticlimactic with villain only getting hit and scolded and that's it. Could have totally been a nice revenge novel. Other then though, it was amazing. The sex scenes, hot! The relationship growing naturally and beautifully! Definitely going to be a reread favorite! This is the kind of threesome I love reading!

Who knew snakes could be sexy
I liked Jasper from book 1, although we saw little of him, I’m a sucker for quiet brooding, can’t tell if they’re going to be nice men. So I was so happy that this book followed the MMC Jasper and FMC Emilia.Emilia is a human with newly opened knowledge of the supernatural world thanks to her best friend Grace (book 1). She works with her and know she knows about the magical world helps with some of Grace’s more exotic works. What she doesn’t expect is to be accidentally cursed by one of them.Who should be the unlikely help with Emilia’s curse than her grumpy, strict boss, our MMC Jasper. Who hides himself for his own reasons, his kind are not easily managed in public, especially with his family history, it’s also accidentally his fault his staff member got cursed when he wasn’t paying attention after dealing with a breakup of his own, from his long time FWB, our other MMC Ari.Ari is a master manipulator, he has to be, he’s been around for years and knows loss. He also knows how faster Jasper will run if he knows the true depths of his emotions, so when Emilia unwittingly presents a problem, she might actually be their solution.I loved the first book, I loved this book just as much. All I can say is if you like well written books (who doesn’t) captivating stories that flow seamlessly, characters you can’t help fall for and plenty of spice with unlikely supernatural creatures. This series is for you. Don’t wait, read.5⭐️4🌶️

Amazing 👏
I mean, i have read a lot of supernatural stories about different beings, but it was a very first to read about serpents. I love the build-up that was thei and how Emilia got power to help her navigate this new world along with aweime mates to help her on the way. The scenes were enlightening, to say the least, but grasping and erotic.

Snakey Love you never know you needed!
The Goddess felt our pain, mine and Jasper’s, and she sent us Emilia.I have a soft spot for Medusa. She was failed by everyone. When I picked up on Emilia’s feelings it had the same background. Forced into something you are so unfamiliar with, it makes you almost feel numb. When we finally meet Jasper and Ari, two lovers who are way better than any Romeo and Julia story, we also meet two headstrong males. This book had me in a rollercoaster of feelings I was gladly on. The spicy tension and interactions where hot hot hot hot. Maybe Emilia’s curse is more than a blessing one might think but you need to find out yourself that all that glitters is not always gold.

Couldn’t stop
Do not read this book if you hate love, happiness, people who were hurt and heal together, curses and blessings, and spicy scenes. Otherwise, go go go! I mean, except if you have a snake phobia, then you probably shouldn’t. Or it could’ve help? Who knows?
