The product does not work.
Product does not work at all. Bought a different brand and it worked perfectly. Would like refund even though it's past the refund window.

My printer needed a new part, so I had to order one and it came in. Everything was good but the screwdriver didn't developed. Screwdriver was not in the set so that was the tool that was lost. But other than that the functioning of the product work great!

Both of the containers didn't work.
Spent $12.99 needlessly. I live in the country and don't have a UPS store around, so I'm stuck with two dead ink maintenance boxes. Why can't their drivers pick it up? Heck, one goes down my street every day.
