Fine Crystal Colored Plate & Dome

This set arrived promptly and in perfect condition with great shipping materials. Glass dome is a delicate glass. The pink plate is thicker and less breakable than the dome. Very cute. The knob on the top must be gripped carefully since there is no lip for a more secure grip.

The pink coloring on the base plate came off with I was cleaning it before using it. I think you should look into it and produce a better plate. Amazon took care my bill but I would have loved to have a longer lasting color.

I seriously doubt if these are crystal!! They look and feel cheap and light. One of the domes was shattered and one of the plates was clear instead of pink. They were also covered with some kind of white chalky powder which I had to scrub off on some of them. Although I was promptly refunded for the 2 that were bad, I would not reorder any. I don't recommend them.

I got three of these. They are very cute and I really like them. I gave it 4 stars, because the color came off from the plate when I washed them.

I only use the top part of these to cover air plants so they don't dry out as easily. Works great, and a lot cheaper than most cloches. The saucer part was kind of chintzy, but that's not why I bought it.
