Like many others have mentioned mine arrived SO stiff right out of the package. I’ve received other vacuum sealed items, but they usually puff up right away. Luckily mine did arrive with instructions to massage, put in dryer for 20 mins, and allow 24 hours for full inflation. I did that, BUT it was still stiff and my kid was frustrated . I washed a load of bedding and decided to throw the pillow in with the damp bedding and dried it on HIGH for 1 hr. Low and behold it did the trick and now the pillow is fully puffed up and adorable. I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to hopefully help others not give up on the product!

My little girl love this as unicorn is her favorite. Love the color and she likes using sleeping mask as well. We used it for travel and it comes with the small bag.

The final product is what I wanted. It’s super cute and really soft. But it was a PROCESS to get here. It arrived in a small box, shrink wrapped and vacuum sealed. So it was really hard and misshapen. The directions said to leave it out for 24 hours to regain shape - which we did. The next day there was barely any progress. Most of it was still really hard. The next step was to put in the dryer for 20 minutes and then to knead it. It took over 4 hours of in and out of the dryer, kneading, reshaping before we started to really see some progress. FINALLY - with about 5 hours of work - we got the end result. Which as I said at the beginning, is exactly what I wanted. But don’t want to buy a product that I have work so hard to achieve what I thought I was buying straight out.

I ordered two of these products and both turned out to be disappointing. I followed the instructions and one pillow was better than the other but towards the end of the pillow it stayed ruffled up. I ordered 2 other ones from a different carrier and those turned out perfect so maybe the quality of these are not the best.

This set is so so so adorable. Everything was so soft & nice quality. I want one for myself..ha ha. I bought 2 for my grandbabies so they could lay back & chill after having tonsil surgery and they love them. I was impatient with the pillow & though noway this will puff up like a horseshoe but it did. The one I put in the dryer & shook it a little & it went faster. These are just comfortable & super adorable sets. Thank you

We actually had to return our first one because it wouldn’t inflate/take shape no matter what we tried. We did get a replacement, but even that one took about 5 rounds in the dryer to take shape and is still hard in spots. We got a purple one too which got a hole in it the same night we received it.

I received this item as garbage item.It was already in bad condition also when i wanted to return it, they did let me return it from home pickup as they really want to to ride to ups and drop it off..such a mess.Super disappointed.

Llega empacado al vacio y podrias imaginar que no es lo que pediste, pero dale un par de días y te sorprendera, está muy padre, suavecito y proteje el bamboleo de cabeza de los niños en el auto, super recomendable.
