There is no substantive academic or medical research to support these claims for turkesterone or other phytoecdysteroids.Even with the above being stated, I'm not a sceptic of herbal/natural supplements as potential natural anabolic boosters; I'm definitely not an advocate for PEDs (performance enhancing drugs); & try to have an open-mind to herbal/natural supplementation as they can be beneficial to different people. I can't definitively say whether I had any noticeable anabolic effects attributable to this supplement; however, I'm an experienced exerciser & have continued making progressive strength & muscle gains whilst taking this supplement, so it definitely hasn't been detrimental to my training or nutrition.Overall, the evidence for the effectiveness of turkesterone & other phytoecdysteroids is mainly based on anecdotal evidence with little or no medical or academic research on any positive anabolic effects. The Nuke Nutrition Turkesterone Elite capsules are reasonably priced for a 2-month supply if taking only 1 capsule per day, so there's definitely no harm in experimenting with this supplement & seeing if it works for you.

In one word crap dust in a capsule

Be weary of any mood changes as you may want to take a break from Turkesterone (no matter the brand) at least for a while. There are reports of people noticing a mood change (for the worse) initially, which goes away when stopped and some report that it doesn’t come back upon resuming the consumption.I personally used to take it with Aswagandha as they’re supposed to go well together but although they’re both adaptogens, Aswagandha has had reports of causing anxiety and even panic attacks. I have first experienced a panic attack last week at the age of 30 , so please be aware of how you combine it with other suplements.To note : I AM NOT SAYING that this product had anything to do with my panic attack that came out of nowhere. I am kindly reminding you to pay attention to your anxiety levels when consuming adaptogens.Now about this product : I quite like the cap as you have 2 options : either you unscrew or you use the cap. I did not find them hard to swallow or to have any taste at all.I cannot speak for the value for money as the product says it’s currently unavailable so no price is shown but I expect it to be slightly above average market price due to the black pepper extract which helps with absorption.I’m looking forward to resuming my intake of turkesterone , but for now I’ll be taking a break until my sudden anxiety episodes stop entirely.
