If you put them in a plastic bag and freeze them and swallow 5 at a time for 7 days you will clean out your colon, lose at least 7 lbs flatten your stomach and feel better. Do not take them for more then 7 days .

Bottle came with the seal open. I froze them and took 6 per day. Didn’t notice any effects. Delivery was fast.

Would recommend to anybody castor oil as healing properties are exceptional known as the hand of Christ where it’s grown

It took 4 days in the freezer to freeze. Them I took 5 with 2 mimosa peduca. I'm following a protocol to clean small intestine along with other things. It worked in morning, and not painful or anything. Took 5 frozen capsules.
