Great camera that tracks well. I did however have an issue getting orientation right when using the wall mount and hanging upside down.

It’s works ok

I originally got this little camera for the app function so I would not have to get up and look out my bedroom window eveytime I heard something weird. It has decent video quality but sometimes connection can be faulty. I did get a 256gig microSD card cus why not? Now if we are concerned about a package going missing or have a curiosity about the comings and goings by our apartment door I can scroll through footage without a subscription service by accessing the SD card from my app. Overall I might get a second eventually when there is a sale again! I can't really give it a 5 star as it's not perfect but foe my needs works very well minus faulty connection issues.

Worth Every Penny!

For some reason the camera isn’t recognizing my Wyze SD card. Other than that there’s nothing to complain about

Wyze does NOT provide customer support that actually solves anything. I have been using Wyze for seven months however, as soon as I changed my email, my entire account was lost! Pictures videos everything. Nobody even tried to help me figure it out. So, at this point I’m $200 in the hole, gonna try and to salvage something… I’m gonna purchase a one year subscription …start new?bad decision !!! I’m screwed!! oh honey once you do that, you are, you’re off their radar. They do not give a flying fecal friskbee whether or not there cameras provide protection they’ve got your money and you’re done. Throw the junk in the garbage! I’m going to purchase cameras from a reputable company who will provide protection!! I’ve got cameras up at a rental unit and a very dark shady (NON TAX PAYERS ) area in Tallahassee, where there are drugs and prostitution daily loud crazy acting human beings who need hospitalization at Chattahoochee. I think just having a camera outside has probably prevented them from breaking into the adjacent units. However, there have been some serious issues that should have been caught on my cameras, can’t get to it. Your Wi-Fi is down no ma’am my Wi-Fi is up all the time and running. Wyze does not care. I literally should’ve had footage of an altercation that led to someone getting hurt really badly but Wyze doesn’t care they don’t want to help so wwhhyyzzee would I Purchase or continue using them for security cameras it makes no sense . Of course I have tried called emailed called again. Emailed emailed submitted stuff no ma’am we are not going to help you because we’ve already got your money. Just another crappy company who will soon be in a lawsuit for false advertisement and destroying evidence related to a felony! I’ll let my attorney sort out the details. Blink is also used to spy on people but at least they have much better service and products.

We have a bunch of wyze cameras and this by far is my favorite one so far. I love the ability to pivot all directions and the privacy feature is a very welcome addition I didn't know I wanted until I had it. So far its worked great and I plan on getting more to add around our property.
