Absolutely brilliant, I use to have the original Ring Pro, so the wiring was already in place, so it was easy to switch over to this doorbell. (Please seek an electrician if you aren’t confident with electrics, and also if you don’t have the wiring in place.)So I bought this as a refurbished product from Amazon, and what I got was a full sealed Ring Pro 2 doorbell.The setup was simple and took about 10 minutes.The image quality is so much better than the Pro 1, it clearer and you get to see it as a fishbowl, so you get to see more.It also has package detection which I have to say works really well.Night vision is huge improvement.This latency is a lot better, and it was a great value, under £100!!! Whoop whoop.The only con is you need to pay a subscription, but you I believe you would know that before buying it.Is it worth the full price, well that is for you to decide and your budget, but I would say the full price is too much for most so wait for prime days or Amazon sales(or buttons refurbished product)

After 3-4 year of using ring 2nd gen doorbell I thought I’d upgrade and watched many a YouTube expert. I thought I’d be clever and go for sub free option. I tried-Eufy double camera doorbellThe white wired reolinkAnd auso which all had features that were ok but all glitchy and just not as reliable as I’d been use to with the ring gen 2.Being a bit of perfectionist I was constantly going into the menus of all the mentioned doorbells and a couple of them didn’t even answer on my phone when someone was at door, could hear them but couldn’t talk to them?So I thought ok I’ll go back to ring and found the ring pro 2Absolutely brilliant everything you want from video doorbell, picture is so clear night and day and love that it gets head to toe pictures and the pre role is what every doorbell should have.Once set up which took no time at all there’s no need to fiddle in menu it just ticks every box especially if your an Alexa user. Like I say you get what you pay for.

Work amazing I have two battery cameras and this is so clearGreat offer came like new just missing a couple of screws no issue I did also buy the ring plug in transformer which made it so easy to install

With a little common sense ,practical knowledge & following the avaliable online instruction it was a straight forward installation.Would suggest using the included transformer when hard wiring as my existing bell one was not suitableSo far very pleased with the ,like new ,video door bell systemAll good

It works, but the reported weak wifi signal is a bit misleading as I used my wifi signal detector that measures frequencies, strengths etc and at the location it showed a very strong wifi signal, but the Ring rated it as weak. Having hik-vision and other wifi wired and wireless devices near the Ring which showed excellent wifi signal suggests that the Ring has a poor antenna and inferior transponder. Other issue is that even in the least sensitive mode, it detects shadows as movement so keeps giving false notifications. Nevertheless, if you can get it cheap and it works, it is a good start. I use separate wifi camera dvr combinations to record video for free at home or on separate SD cards.

Didn't always ring on my Samsung s22 phone.

I purchased this item as I wanted to upgrade from pro to Pro 2 ,It completely useless doesn’t detect on time & I have notice a lot of footage is missing very slow I am disappointed as if it supposed to be upgraded would of expected more my first Pro I had was perfect.This Pro 2 item pointless

I brought this as an upgrade to the ring doorbell pro I have. Thought it would be a better quality as higher definition, and was hoping for more.Whist the camera/imgaine in zoomed out is definitely bettet quality, as soon as you start to zoom in this goes. As they have changed the orientation of the camera, the images are now further away, so by the time you zoom to what you had on the original pro it is starting to pixilate and it doesnt zoom in as near as the old.Night time it is also worse, and people walking by have a ghosting/white shadow behind them.With the advances in tech, and what their competitors are offering I was expecting more.I have sent mine back and installed the original pro as this one isnt worth the money.
