Perfect for oven cooking, up to 590 degrees, WOW!!!., thought they would be broken, wish all fragiles were packaged like this, packaged very well, I'm loving this set, love the color, steak restaurants ain't got nothing on these platters, very well made.

These are nice looking serving plates and were big enough to serve a turkey crown for 6 people and a large portion of potatoes - it made serving Christmas dinner a lot easier!Coupled with a pair of large serving spoons, it makes serving any dinner painless. It also has the advantage of keeping the presentation of dishes a bit more impressive, instead of having everything already cut up and put on plates before serving.
