My product had no food included and no live springtails. I paid $35 for 2 packs of carbon. Not cool.

I recieved the culture in relatively good condition. The springtails I saw were mostly younglings but I know there are many eggs in there that will eventually hatch. Many don't move due to the CO2 buildup in the culture, what I did was poke a few super tiny holes at the top of the plastic container cap and then taped around a paper towel piece to cover the holes and allow a little ventilation to keep the springtails moving faster. Important thing is to keep the mites and other "pests" from overrunning the culture.

Arrived in a small cup weighing maybe a couple ounces, without a single springtail in it, not even dead ones, just literally nothing. Literal scam and waste of money.

Arrived within a small cardboard box that was inside another box. Plastic cup was shattered. Nothing but a few chunks of charcoal and brown dust. Unable to contact seller and now refund via Amazon. Is it possible to give minus 5 stars?

I was extremely happy the springtails arrived alive. Thank you for using UPS. I tried ordering from a different place, they shipped USPS and I found them dead in my mailbox. I will order from you again. Thank you!
