Pretty good leg day shoe
I bought these not expecting much. I've worn them i think 10 times, give or take. I love the fit (size 12) not to narrow and not wide. The insole could use a little more cushion, but I'm not going to hold that against them. The heel of the shoe feel like a hard plastic, but it isn't uncomfortable at all. I see no signs of wear yet. I wear them twice a week for about 2 hours each time. My feet don't hurt after wearing them.

The solid weightlifting shoe you didn’t know you meeded
So I was reading “Bigger Leaner Stronger’ by Mike Matthews and he had shoes as one of his nice to have items on his bonus material. I decided to try and see if it made a difference. The shoes are very nice Velcro straps and great color scheme. The key though is that the bottom ms are super solid and slightly angled. So if you do any leg exercise you feel like your foot is solidly planted with zero movement. Switching back to my regular workout shoes you automatically feel the difference. I think this helps you stabilize and feel the muscle mus h more especially for calf training that I included pics of.I decided to wear this though for all my weightlifting exercises. When doing upper body where you need to stand such as shoulder lateral raises you really feel much more solidly planted. I also felt like dumbbell rows were much better supported as well.So do you need these? No you can still workout without them. But does it help? Yes - I think it helps you focus more on the muscles you care about and put you into the mindset that you are fully there to workout.

Sturdy Lifting Shoe that Works
I bought this shoe primarily for lifting sessions involving squatting and calf work. It does a great job of adding stability while squatting and protecting the bottom of my feet while doing toe presses and calf raises. The velcro fasteners work great, easy in and out. Good investment for my old feet.

Cool high quality shoes
So I've been on the hunt for my first pair of lifting shoes. It's impossible to find these in stock in an actual store to try them on so you end up buying a bunch of varieties and sending back what you don't want to keep. I'm a size 11 in women's, so that makes this even trickier (though for athletic shoes I typically end up buying men's). These were far superior to a different brand I tried as far as quality and comfort. Nice arch support and they really strap you in. The color of these are also SUPER cool! The ONLY reason I sent these back is, I got a second pair from this brand that I liked just a tad better. They aren't as pretty, but they are a bit more functional and will go with more outfits. But I still would highly recommend this shoe and this brand!

Worth the price!
I recently got into powerlifting and cannot stomach to pay 200+ for shoes. These are lightweight and have the perfect arch for squatting. The Velcro strap is very convenient and I don’t have to worry about the shoe untying. The shoe does look a little thicker in the front than other brands but something I can overlook for the price. You do have to break them in, I did not get any blisters but the back does run against the back ankle of wearing low rise socks. The colors are my favorite!

Perfect for squats
I usually put 10lb plates under my heels. These shoes do a better job because the weight is distributed throughout the foot rather than out on the toes. They look cool, fit well, and the Velcro straps work better than I expected.I wear 11.5 in sneakers but these are 11 and fit perfectly.

Heavy and dangerous.
They fit as expected and have a nice color. Two problems were the material is hard so they do not conform to the shape of my foot at all. Also, the shoe is really heavy. Heavy enough that you notice the heft when you pick up the shoe. Heavy enough that it impacts the way I walk in them. The fact that they are so heavy should have been emphasized in the description. Wearing these is like wearing a heavy pair of boots. The lack of movement in the hard plastic of the heavy shoes' soles caused me to stumble several times, until I realized I have to place myself in a mindset that I'm wearing heavy, clunky, inflexible shoes. They're a bit dangerous for this reason. They are flat and made for lifting.Would have sent them back but I missed the return window. They'll be a nice donation to the Goodwill after wearing them twice.
