This car seat is wonderful! The only downfall it has is the difficulty in installing it forward facing. We have a brand new car and I have purchased many car seats over the years after raising five children and never felt distressed after installing a car seat lol the base on this car seat seems a little bit wider and covers the cars metal clips for the tether. However, once installed it doesn't move an inch it seems to be very comfortable for our grandson and we love that this brand is one of the friends that use less chemicals on their product which makes it less toxic. I highly suggest this car seat and would purchase this again. The customer service with the company was outstanding as well.

My son was having a hard time with his infant seat and wasn't comfortable and so we needed something that would make car rides better for him. He hardly ever fusses anymore in the car and is content in this seat because it accommodates his wider shoulders. We only use Maxi Cosi products and were going to wait until he was older to switch to a convertible seat, but this came at a perfect time. It was a little bit difficult to install but each one we have used has been, and with the help of youtube it was easy enough. I also really like that we will be able to use this until he is much older.
